Having your new home professionally inspected by Hayes Home Inspection LLC as early as possible in the buying process can help you identify potential areas of concern. We will inspect major components of the subject property from the roof to the foundation, as defined in our Standards of Practice, to document defects and advise you about future maintenance. The inspection we perform for you will consist of inspecting, on average, more than 400 different points. We will provide you with information that can help you make informed decisions.
The average inspection takes approximately two and a half to three hours, depending on size, condition, and age of the property. We encourage all our clients to accompany us during the inspection. You should feel free to ask any questions you may have during the inspection process. A Summary Report will be presented to you and discussed immediately upon completion of the inspection or if you are unable to attend the inspection your report will be sent to you via email. You will receive a detailed computer generated report with digital photographs via email. Our inspection and reports are among the most thorough and comprehensive available in Southern Arizona. As a certified member of ASHI (ASHI Member #245208) , we abide by the strict National Code of Ethics & Standards of Practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors.
